২. পণ্য ডেলিভারি
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর আমাদের কর্মঘণ্টার মধ্যে ১–২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কাস্টমারের নিবন্ধিত ই-মেইল বা WhatsApp নম্বরে পণ্য বা সেবা ডেলিভারি করা হয়।
৩. পণ্য ফেরত
আমাদের সকল পণ্য ডিজিটাল হওয়ায় সাধারণভাবে ফেরত গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়। তবে বিশেষ পরিস্থিতিতে, বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে অন্য পণ্যের সাথে পরিবর্তনের সুযোগ দেওয়া হতে পারে।
৪. মূল্য ফেরত
প্রদানকৃত মূল্য সাধারণভাবে ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। তবে আমাদের Return & Refund Policy-এর আওতাভুক্ত হলে প্রযোজ্য শর্ত সাপেক্ষে মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হতে পারে।

- প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ত্রুটিপূর্ণ সেবা বা পণ্য পরিবর্তন করে দেওয়া হবে।
- আমরা কল-ভিত্তিক টেকনিক্যাল সাপোর্ট দিই না; সাপোর্ট WhatsApp চ্যাটের মাধ্যমে প্রদান করা হয়।
৬. পণ্য ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি
যেহেতু আমাদের সেবাগুলো ডিজিটাল, তাই অধিকাংশ পণ্য ও সেবা WhatsApp বা ই-মেইলের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করা হয়। অর্ডারের সময় সঠিক যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান করা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।
৭. সাপোর্ট প্রদানের পদ্ধতি
ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালে কোনো সমস্যা হলে WhatsApp-এর মাধ্যমে সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা হবে। প্রয়োজনে TeamViewer, AnyDesk বা স্ক্রিন শেয়ারিংয়ের মতো রিমোট সাপোর্ট পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে। অর্ডারের আগে প্রতিটি পণ্যের বিবরণ অবশ্যই দেখে নিন।
৮. পেমেন্ট পলিসি
- bKash Online Payment-এর ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত ২% চার্জ প্রযোজ্য।
- অন্যান্য পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ব্যবহার করলে সংশ্লিষ্ট চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
- ম্যানুয়াল ব্যাংক পেমেন্টে সাধারণত কোনো অতিরিক্ত চার্জ নেই।
- মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং চার্জ: bKash – ২%, Nagad – ১.৮%, Rocket – ২%, Upay – ১%, Cellfin – ০%।

4. Refund Policy
Payments made are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued if the order qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy and meets the applicable conditions.
5. After-Sales Service & Warranty
- Each digital product comes with a specific warranty period where applicable.
- If any issue occurs during the warranty period, we will verify and review the matter.
- Eligible faulty services or products may be replaced during the warranty period.
- We do not provide technical support over phone calls; support is handled through WhatsApp chat.
6. Delivery Method
As our services are digital, most products are delivered via WhatsApp or email. Customers are responsible for providing correct contact information at the time of order.
7. Support Method
During the warranty period, customer support is provided through WhatsApp. In some cases, remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or screen sharing may be required. Please review the product description carefully before placing an order.
8. Payment Policy
- An additional 2% charge applies to bKash Online Payments.
- Other payment gateways may apply their own service charges.
- Manual bank payments generally do not carry extra charges.
- Mobile banking charges: bKash – 2%, Nagad – 1.8%, Rocket – 2%, Upay – 1%, Cellfin – 0%.
